Shelbi Graifman and
Brooke Sarro would be the dynamic duo on the mound as Graifman led the way with four innings pitched, allowing just two hits with five strikeouts to eclipse her 20th win of the season.
Graifman would continue in the circle in game two and start things off in the first inning by bringing in a run with a single to centerfield. The Warriors continued where they left off with a 3-0 lead at the end of the first frame, but this time the Hawks were ready to battle as they matched that and took the 4-3 edge after the first.
The third inning would bring them a 6-3 lead but Graifman again working on both sides brought in Salinas on a sacrifice fly to left field in the top of the fourth.
At the midway point, the Warriors battled back to take the lead in the fifth posting seven runs on the board.
Jenna Patterson double and
Mikayla Laymance would reach on an error as Scott had an RBI single up the middle to cut the Hawks lead 8-5.
