Jessup University Athletics

Jessup has been accepted into the NCAA Division II membership process and has begun a three-year transition process. Jessup has been accepted to be a member of the PacWest Conference. The following is a timeline for progressing through the Division II Membership Process:

2023-24 - Year One of Provisional Membership 
Jessup will continue to compete in the NAIA while implementing and complying with relevant NCAA Division II Rules and Regulations. Jessup will be eligible for NAIA postseason competition.

2024-25 - Year Two of Provisional Membership
Jessup will be in full compliance with NCAA DII legislation. The Warriors will compete as a member of the PacWest Conference and will be eligible for PacWest Championships. Jessup will not be eligible for any NCAA DII postseason competition during this year, but will explore membership in the National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) in order to allow national postseason opportunities for our student-athletes.

2025-26 - Year Three of Provisional Membership
Jessup will be in full compliance with NCAA  DII legislation. The Warriors will compete as a member of the PacWest Conference and will be eligible for PacWest Championships. Jessup will not be eligible for any NCAA DII postseason competition during this year, but will explore membership in the National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) in order to allow national postseason opportunities for our student-athletes.

2026-27 -  Full NCAA Division II and PacWest Conference Membership
Jessup will be in full compliance with NCAA DII legislation.  Provided Jessup has met all expectations in the NCAA DII Provisional Membership Process, the Warriors will compete as a full member of the PacWest Conference, and will be eligible for PacWest Championships as well as NCAA DII postseason competition.
