Coach Daniells has had great success as a coach with the Warriors, most notably as the track & field distance coach. Working to create a personalized running plan, Daniels coached Bailey Cossentine to back-to-back NAIA National Championships in the women's marathon.
Previously serving as the Head Coach, Parker's Men's team won the California Pacific Conference in 2011, 2012, and 2013 while Coach Parker received 2011, 2012, and 2013 Men's Conference Coach of the Year.
With over 18 years of competitive running experience at all levels, Coach Daniells has a wealth of knowledge and gives a strong sense of discipline to the team. Through Coach Daniells' experiences, rigorous training schedule, and high standards, the Warriors will continue to soar in the future.
Coach Daniells has had great success through local high schools and running clubs. He also has 15 years of competitive running experience from middle school to collegiate. Parker's success at the high school level has resulted in multiple trips to Sections, Masters, and California State meets.
For four years, Parker had been an athlete for both the Cross Country and Track teams at WJU. During his time at WJU, Parker received first-team all-conference four times, two team conference titles, and a trip to the National meet in Wisconsin.
"It was a privilege competing for WJU through my years of collegiate running, and I am truly honored to give back to my school and running programs as a coach. It is a true blessing to have an opportunity like I do to bring out the abilities in each athlete God has given them," said Coach Parker.
Following his education at William Jessup University, Parker went on to the California University of Pennsylvania to earn his Master's in Exercise Science and Wellness with a concentration in Sports Psychology. Currently, Parker is pursuing his Doctoral degree in General Psychology with an emphasis in Performance Psychology.
During the school year, Parker is an Assistant Professor for our Kinesiology department and oversees multiple courses: Sports & Exercise Nutrition, Introductions to Kinesiology, Kinesiology Internships, Senior Seminar, Leadership in Sports Organizations, and Sport & Exercise Psychology.Â
