Jessup University Men's Volleyball is proud to announce the hiring of Warrior alumnus Taylor Marks as the program's Assistant Coach. Marks will work alongside Head Coach Kyle Steele, transitioning his highly successful playing career into a coaching role to help guide the Warriors through their continued growth and into the NCAA Division II era.
Marks brings an invaluable championship pedigree and technical expertise from the setter position, specializing in offensive flow, in-game strategy, and advanced setter development. His immediate focus will be leveraging his recent experience to instill a high-performance, winning culture within the program.
Marks is one of the most decorated players in the young history of the Jessup Men's Volleyball program. He capped his senior season by earning NCCAA Second Team All-American honors and being named to the NCCAA All-Tournament Team, while also leading the Warriors in both assists and aces.
Before joining Jessup, Marks competed at California Lutheran University (CLU), where he achieved remarkable success.
Marks helped lead the Kingsmen to an NCAA Division III National Championship, and he was honored as an AVCA First Team All-American while earning a spot on the NCAA All-Tournament Team. He is also the school record holder at California Lutheran University (CLU) for both career and season assists and aces.
A native of Woodland, California, Marks prepped at Jesuit High School before starting his collegiate career. His experience as a leader and elite strategist on the court makes him a tremendous asset to the Warrior coaching staff.
