ROCKLIN, Calif. – The Warriors were back on their home floor and got back in the win column with a three set win over the Arizona Christian Firestorm. The win pushes Jessup's record to 4-7 overall and they now hold a 3-1 record in the Golden State Athletic Conference.
After the game head coach
Tiger Shelton was excited to see his team win such a close match as he said, "We are very grateful for the gifts God has given us. We came out and we were hitting everywhere. It's a total team effort too, they all played great tonight!"

Taylor Tarble furthered the momentum for Jessup with a towering kill in the middle, giving them a six-point lead early on.
As the set continued the Firestorm got within several points but a 6-0 scoring run capped off by a booming kill from
Taylor Dilley put the Warriors in a comfortable lead, 21-11. Things got interesting down the stretch, but Jessup stayed composed to hang on for the set win, 25-17.
After going down 0-2 to start the second frame, the Warriors surged ahead scoring five consecutive points. ACU put together a run of their own to regain the lead. These teams continued to battle it out as this narrow set lingered on.

Looking to end the match after three sets the Warriors got off to a hot start, leading 4-0, only to have ACU catch fire and take the lead, 5-7. This back-and-forth action was a sign of things to come during the set as it was tied thirteen times.
With the fans inside Warrior Arena on the edge of their seats, the action was all tied at 23-23. After taking advantage of an error by ACU,
