RIVERSIDE, Calif. – Day two of Cal Baptist's The Joust got underway on Saturday, and on the schedule for the Warriors were the defending champions of Division I STUNT. In the first of two meetings with CBU this season, the Lancers showed why they are considered the best in business with a 24-0 victory.
 
The meeting with CBU was the fifth all-time for the Warriors. Cal Baptist has won all five of those contests, with three being a shutout of the Warriors.
 
Jessup is now 7-4 in their first Division II season. The Warriors picked up one victory during their time in Riverside, a 22-8 final against Arizona State to start Friday's slate. Jessup then lost to Kentucky in the finale of Friday's schedule.
 
The Warriors will be back in action on Sunday when they visit Concordia in Irvine. That game is scheduled for noon.
