Brad Rogers

Rogers is in his third year back at Jessup after he served as an assistant coach in a previous stint from 2009-2012, totally his sixth season with the men’s basketball program. While coaching at Jessup, Rogers was a member of the staff that saw the Warriors win their first and only conference championship to date as members of the NAIA.

The 2009-10 Jessup squad finished the regular season with a record of 17-14, and would eventually defeat Menlo College in the California Pacific Conference championship game. In 2019 he and the staff led the Warriors to a program record 23 wins and a trip to the NAIA Div. I National Tournament.

Prior to his time with the Warriors, Rogers was University of Antelope Valley’s first head coach for men’s basketball in 2015, taking the newly formed Pioneers team to a winning record of 14-13 their inaugural season, while earning second place in the CalPac with one named NAIA All-American and three All-CalPac Conference players.

Rogers served as assistant men’s basketball coach and assistant athletic director at fellow Golden State Athletic Conference school Arizona Christian University from 2012-15.

During his time there, the Firestorm reached the NAIA Division I Men’s Basketball Championship in all three seasons, while also reaching the GSAC Championship game in the 2012-13 season.

Coach Rogers began his collegiate coaching career right here in Rocklin, as he spent three seasons as an assistant coach at Sierra College. During his time there, Rogers helped guide the Wolverines to a trip to the 2006-07 Northern California Playoffs, and he also played a crucial role in helping several of his players achieve both NCAA and NAIA level scholarships.

As a player, Rogers attended Monterey Peninsula College before transferring to San Diego Christian College. While playing for SDCC, Rogers served as a team captain and also earned Second Team All-American honors during the 2003-04 season, the same year he helped lead the Hawks to an NCCAA DI National Championship.

Rogers graduated from San Diego Christian College in 2004, and then went on to achieve his Master's Degree in Physical Education from Azusa Pacific University in 2008.

Away from coaching, Rogers enjoys spending time with his wife and family and working out.
