Miller spent two years as the assistant coach after a strong four-year career at NCAA Division I Valparaiso University. In 2019 she was part of the staff that led the Warriors to a program record 20 wins with their first appearance at the NAIA National Tournament.
During her time at Valpo, Miller starred as the team’s point guard while graduating with a degree in sports management before going into coaching. Her connection to WJU began when now head coach Kurt Westendorp was her assistant coach at Valpo.
Miller’s first coaching experience came at NCAA Division III Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Mich. As a midwesterner Miller hails from Caledonia, Mich. but now lives in Roseville. In her spare time, Miller enjoys working out and exploring as much of California as she can.
