Lauren Case joined the Jessup coaching staff as a Graduate Assistant in the spring of 2022 and was named Assistant Coach at the start of the 2022 season.
Case joins the staff after recently playing for the Warriors in the 2021 season. Scoring eight goals in 17 games, Case was named to the 2021 All-GSAC team and helped lead the Warriors to their first GSAC Tournament berth.
Former head coach David Nolan said of Case, “Lauren has brought so much to this team on and off the field. She is one of the most intelligent players I have coached at this level. She has been a big part of taking the step to that next level."
Before joining the Warriors, Case attended Cal State East Bay where she was named her team’s Offensive Player of the Year her junior season. Case earned All-Conference honors at East Bay as well, being named Second-Team All-CCAA and Division II CCA All-West Region Second-Team.
Case came to Jessup to work on her Master’s and Teaching Credential in Physical Education. She is married to fellow Jessup Athletics alumnus Garrett Case who played baseball for the Warriors and now works in the admissions department.
