ROSEVILLE, Calif. - The Warriors returned to their home court for the first time in over a month to face Hope International on Senior Day. The result was the most favorable thus far for Jessup this season as they won two points.

The day opened with doubles play as
Aysha Hayes, and
McKenzie Hawkins went down 6-2 while
Ryanda Guerrero and
Karen Ramos-Paglino fell 6-1.

Singles play then commenced, and first-year player
Juliette Caughey turned in a 6-4, 6-1 victory for her second and the team's second singles win of the season. Guerrero won her singles match by default as HIU was short on players to face her.

Hayes played a down to the wire singles match against her opponent, taking the first set 6-4 but dropping the second 6-3, resulting in a loss. Hawkins dropped her singles sets 6-4, 6-0, and Ramos-Paglino fell 6-1, 6-1.

The Warriors will finish their season in Arizona next weekend, beginning at OUAZ on Friday, April 16. The match start time is TBA.
