ROCKLIN, Calif. – The defending National Champions got back to work on Friday, kicking off year three of STUNT inside Warrior Arena. Taking on UC Davis, Jessup picked up where they left off a year ago, winning in dominant fashion, 22-1.
 
Quarter one, partner stunts, saw routines one, two, four, and six called. The Warriors scored points on three of the four, as neither team was able to put points on the board off routine six.
 
With a 3-0 lead, Jessup padded the lead to 7-0 as they swept the board in quarter two, pyramids and stunts. The quarter started with UC Davis calling routine two, ending with a Jessup point. Jessup called routines four and five in the frame.
 
On to jumps and tumbling, again the Warriors continued to dominate. Jessup scored points off routines two, four, and eight. Davis would call routine one to end the quarter, and they would score off it, ending the shutout as the teams entered the fourth with Jessup ahead 10-1.
 
The fourth quarter of a STUNT match sets up for three points to be awarded for each routine. With 12 points available, Jessup swept the board.
 
Winning with routines one, two, three, and seven, the Warriors cruised to a 22-1 victory.
 
After taking two weeks off, the Warriors will be back in action on February 17 when they visit Dallas. Over the weekend, Jessup will compete four times, two coming against DI schools Kentucky and Texas Tech,
 
The Warriors return to Warrior Arena on March 3.
