ROCKLIN, Calif. – The Warriors were back at home for their third conference game of the season. The overcast afternoon match against The Master's University Mustangs ended in defeat for the Warriors, 2-0. The Warriors stand 4-8 overall, 0-3 in GSAC.

The first half was a silent battle as neither team was able to find the back of the net. The Warriors were able to get off two shots in the first 45 minutes.

In the second half, the Mustangs took the lead in the 52nd minute. The Warriors stayed aggressive through the half, drawing five fouls to the Mustang's four. In the 75th minute, the Mustangs were awarded a penalty kick and scored giving them a 2-0 lead.

Rachel Constantini, head coach for the Warriors, reflected on the loss, "The girls played with tremendous heart today. Master's is a talented team and we showed up for a battle."
The Warriors had four shots overall with one shot on goal. Camille Cavey started in goal for the Warriors and earned four saves on the Mustangs six shots on goal.

"After last week's games, this was a turning point for us, and I firmly believe that this is the beginning of us regaining our footing for conference play," Constantini concluded about the match hopeful for the Warrior's future. "We are very excited to host San Diego Christian this weekend."

Jessup will return home for Saturday for a match against San Diego Christian at 1:30 PM. It will be their Breast Cancer Awareness Game.
