ROCKLIN, Calif. – Today's scheduled men's soccer contest between Jessup and Sierra Nevada has been canceled due to contact tracing with the opposing team. At this time, there is no plan to make up the game at a later date.

The Warriors will resume their season on Monday when they host Simpson University at noon. Monday's bout is the rescheduled match from August 28's postponement due to unhealthy air quality in Rocklin.

Jessup came into Friday looking to rebound from back-to-back road losses as they were set to play the final two home matches of the preseason schedule. The GSAC home opener is scheduled for October 9, when Menlo College comes to town.

Updates regarding a new date with Sierra Nevada will be announced on the men's soccer Twitter page (@Jessup_MSOC), as well as jessupathletics.com as they become available.
