NAMPA, Idaho — The final night of Jessup's Idaho trip got underway Saturday night with the Warriors taking on the hosts of Northwest Nazarene. After a 70-58 loss, the Warriors head back to California after an 0-2 trip to Nampa.
Jessup is now 3-2 on the season, with all three wins coming inside Warrior Arena.
The Warriors' offense was paced by a duo of players in double-figures.
Ja'Maris Blackmon led the way with 14 points on 6-of-14 from the floor.
Aydan Janssan added 13 on a 5-for-10 showing from the field.
Tamatoa Humbert was next in line with nine.
Jessup led by as many as eight early in the contest, with that advantage coming six minutes into the game. However, on the opposite side, NNU led for over 28 minutes of Saturday's meeting.
NNU's largest lead was 20 points, coming with four minutes remaining in the game.
The Warriors shot 36.5 percent from the floor l, compared to a 41 percent showing from NNU. Jessup's best shooting half was the second when they connected on 47 percent from the floor.
Jessup will continue their season on December 2 when they host Cal Maritime at 7 p.m.
