HONOLULU, Hawaii – In their final contest in the 808, the Warriors collected their second consecutive win, defeating the Sharks of Hawaii Pacific University with a final score of 63–55. This victory moves Jessup to 6–14 in conference play and 8–18 overall.

Head coach Corey Laster had the following to say on tonight's efforts, "We saw mutiple people contribute today toward this win. I didnt think we played our best game but we had timely contributions from Raylyn and Porter as well as consistent effort from Claudia throughout the entire game. Haley continued her 3 point hot strike and brought us home down the stretch with her defensive and offensive efforts." 

The Warriors' offense jumped out to an early lead, outscoring HPU 12–8 in the first quarter. However, the Sharks responded in the second with 18 points, outmatching Jessup's 14. Both squads headed to the locker room at halftime tied at 26 apiece.

Jessup surged after the break, sinking 18 points in the third quarter. The fourth quarter remained a tight contest until the final three minutes of play. With the game tied at 50, Haliey Hoff continued her hot streak, draining a clutch three-pointer to reclaim the lead. This was the definitive turning point, sparking the final run to seal the win.

Hoff led the leaderboard for Jessup with 16 points, three steals, and went 5-for-6 from the free throw line. 

Andheya Aurelio provided a massive presence on the glass with 8 rebounds to go along with her 15 points. Her efficiency at the free-throw line in the closing minutes helped ice the game.

Jessup will return to home court on February 24th for a face off with Vanguard University. Tip off set for 5:30 PM.
