KAMUELA, Hawaii – Jessup's second tournament of the week wrapped up on Saturday as the Warriors competed again on the big island of Hawaii. Competing in a packed field of NCAA programs, Jessup returns to the mainland as their fall season is now complete.
This weekend's tournament was the Dennis Rose Intercollegiate, hosted by Hawaii Hilo. This was the Warriors' second tournament of the week hosted by future conference foes of the PacWest.
Jessup's men's team saw the best round of the weekend come from
Matthew Shimizu, who posted a one-under round of 71 in the final 18 holes.
Oscar Gutierrez also played well, posting 73 to wrap up the week in Hawaii.
Daniel Johnson,
Juan Crespo, and
Rex Rollins complete the field.
Jessica Burdick was also on her a-game in the women's tournament, posting 72 in the final round to end in strong fashion.
Julianne Canda,
Corina Shaw,
Alyvia Mackey, and
Macy Anderson wrap up the Warriors in the field.
The Warriors will now look to improve their game and rest as the season will resume in the spring after winter break.
