ROCKLIN, Calif. - The Warriors found themselves back in the win column as they defeated Lincoln University on a Saturday afternoon at Warrior Arena with a final score of 88 to 55.
A solid offensive win pushed the Warriors to a 6-1 record.
The Warriors returned home for the first time since early November and found their groove early in the game. Jessup suffered their first-season loss just last week but wasted no time returning to victory formation.
Jessup took advantage of play early on as they led the score 21-9 in the first quarter against the Oaklanders of Lincoln University. The Warriors could keep their momentum as they outstretched their opponent 38-18 in the second quarter and 63-34 in the third quarter before running away with the Saturday victory.
Andrea Jovicevic continued her hot streak with a double-digit point day with 18.
Natalie Moulos also found herself in double digits with an equal 18 points.
Neomi Davidson (10) and
Kayla Vieira (11) also found themselves in top-scoring positions for the Warriors.
The Warriors will head just a short drive to UC Davis in an exhibition game set for Tuesday, December 5th. The Warriors will return home for a weekend matchup against Southern University on December 9th at 2:00 PM.
