ROCKLIN, Calif. - Jessup welcomed the Keelhaulers of California Maritime Academy to Horton Court on a Wednesday night non-conference matchup. The Warriors commanded the visiting Keelhaulers in a final score of 73-40 to mark their fourth straight win.
The Warriors are now 6-3 overall and remain 1-0 in conference play.
Natalie Moulos led the way in scoring for the Warriors as she tallied 14 points on the night and went 6-10 from the field goal line. Helping lead the scoring pack was
Giselle Dogan. The freshman scored 10 points with six rebounds and went 4-7 from the field goal line.
Jessup led 24-10 in the first quarter and maintained the lead the remainder of the game. Before heading into halftime, the Warriors took a commanding lead, up 28 points after just two quarters of play.
The scoring spree would continue into the third and fourth quarters, with Jessup dominating in a final score of 73-40. This marks Jessup's fourth consecutive win in the early 2024 season.
The long-anticipated 2024 PacWest conference season will continue into this weekend as Jessup returns to home court on Saturday afternoon. They will take on Dominican University of California in a conference matchup with a noon tip-off.
