COSTA MESA, Calif. – In the finale of 2024, the Warriors paid a visit to Vanguard's brand-new Freed Center for the first PacWest meeting between the two programs. A 60-41 final handed Jessup their second consecutive loss, as they now head into a two-week break before returning to the court in 2025.
Jessup ends 2024 with a 7-5 overall record. The Warriors fall to .500 at 2-2 in conference play.
Saturday was the first PacWest installment of the Jessup-Vanguard rivalry. It was the 19th all-time conference meeting, with the previous 18 coming as members of the GSAC.

Jessup's best offensive quarter came in the fourth when they posted 15 points on a 50 percent shooting performance.
Vanguard shot 38 percent in the win and was led by Halle Si'i, who scored 19 points. Three other Lions finished in double figures.
The Warriors now head into the holiday break, as they will take the week of Christmas off. Jessup is scheduled to return to the court in the New Year when they return to Southern California for a matchup with Azusa Pacific on January 2.
