FRESNO, Calif. - The Warriors hit the road to Fresno, California, to take on Fresno Pacific University in Saturday afternoon matchups. The day did not go in the Warrior's favor as both the men's and women's teams dropped to the Sunbirds.
Fresno defeated the men's team 7-0 and the women's team 5-0.
Men's tennis saw
David Perez, Issac Graves,
Joan Garros, and
Austrebeto Carlon take the court in doubles play. Both pairs were defeated, Perez and Graves 6-0 and Garros and Carlon 6-1. The match with
Tanner Sitanggang and
Henrique Levy went unfinished.
All four also took the court for singles play alongside
Josue Madiana and
Caleb Poling.
Jessica Holbea,
Annika Rojas,
Danielle Akabane,
Olivia Gutierrez,
Sophia Serdichenko, and
Nia Macay played women's tennis doubles. Singles played by
Jessica Holbea and
Sophia Serdichenko would go unfinished.
The Warriors will take on GSAC opponent Hope International in Fullerton on February 23rd.
